Terms and Conditions of Sale – Geismars Væverier A/S

1. Purchase from Geismars Væverier
A binding purchase agreement with Geismars Væverier A/S is not concluded until an order has been placed and an orderconfirmation has been received from Geismars Væverier A/S.

2. Prices
The price listed at the time of ordering is the applicable purchase price. We reserve the right for errors in pricing or descriptions, and for items being out of stock.

All prices include 25% VAT and are listed in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated. For purchases made outside the EU, VAT is deducted at checkout.

We reserve the right for:

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Force majeure

  • Delivery failures

  • Changes in duties and taxes

  • Sold-out items

  • Typographical errors

3. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email marked “Cancellation.” The time of order and order number should be included.

If you have received an order confirmation by email, you can reply to that email with the subject "Cancellation." Cancellations should be made before 3:00 PM on the same day the order was placed.

4. Payment
The following credit cards are accepted for online payments:

  • Dankort/Visa-Dankort (1.45 DKK + 0.10% of the order total)

  • Visa (1.95 DKK + 3.75%)

  • Danish Visa Electron (0.70 DKK + 1.25%)

  • Danish MasterCard (0.70 DKK + 1.25%)

  • International Visa Electron (1.95 DKK + 3.75%)

  • International MasterCard (1.95 DKK + 3.75%)

  • JCB Cards (1.95 DKK + 3.75%)

We also accept MobilePay and PayPal.

The transaction fee for Danish MasterCard and Visa Electron payments is 1.25% of the total amount, with a minimum of 0.70 DKK. For international credit cards, the fee is 3.75%, with a minimum of 1.95 DKK.
All card fees are paid directly to the payment service provider.

5. Warranty and Complaints
All products come with a 2-year warranty unless otherwise specified.
Any defects must be reported to Geismars Væverier A/S within a reasonable time after receiving the product.

We strongly encourage customers to describe the issue in detail when submitting a complaint, as incomplete information may delay processing.

Geismars Væverier A/S does not accept returns sent as COD (cash on delivery) or without postage.

If an item is returned for a claimed defect that is not confirmed upon inspection, it will be sent back to the customer.

Items should be returned with a receipt that shows the purchase date. Without a receipt, the item will be held until documentation is provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal
For consumer purchases made via telephone or online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period begins upon receiving the item. If the purchase is canceled within 14 days, the payment will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be handed over to Post Danmark or another courier within 14 days of receipt.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.

If the item is not returned in the same condition, Geismars Væverier A/S will estimate its resale value and deduct accordingly.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
