This payment system utilizes Shopify's Payment System, which is approved and certified by NETS. All communication between Shopify's Payment System and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorized parties cannot view the data exchanged. Similarly, data sent between Shopify's Payment System and NETS' payment server is also encrypted.

NETS

All payment recipients (online stores) have entered into a separate Internet-acquiring agreement with NETS. Therefore, NETS has approved all online stores accepting credit card payments through Shopify's payment module, and NETS guarantees that the stores are legitimate.

What is the Risk?

Always remember that only a PIN or signature, in legal terms, can be considered binding for a credit card purchase. You should never share your PIN on the internet. If someone gains access to your card number and expiration date, you always have the right on your side, and the seller must cancel a credit card purchase if there is no PIN or signature. This rule also applies to credit card-based purchases online.

When visiting Geismars Væverier A/S, you may be required to provide information such as your name, address, email address, or phone numbers in connection with subscribing to one or more services or placing an order. Geismars Væverier A/S will never sell or otherwise disclose this information without your explicit consent.

When paying by credit card, this information is sent directly and encrypted to our payment provider. Geismars Væverier A/S does not have access to customers' account details.

We only disclose personal information when required by law or if there is a court order.
