Our children’s bathrobe is made in the same airy and comfortable quality as our popular adult spa robe – featuring a waffle-woven exterior and a thin terry lining on the inside. The combination creates a lightweight and quick-drying robe that still feels soft and pleasant against the skin. Perfect after a bath, swimming, or as a cozy morning robe.

The bathrobe comes with a delicate piping in Peach, Grey, or Light Blue, adding a subtle and playful touch of color to its otherwise simple and classic design.

BABY WRAP & PONCHO

For the little ones, we also offer a soft baby wrap made from the same high-quality material and weave as our towels – with a grey edge. The wrap is light, absorbent, and gentle on a baby’s skin, offering the perfect balance of warmth and breathability. Ideal for after the bath or for nap time.

The poncho is a practical alternative to the bathrobe – easy to slip over the head and perfect for little ones who need something quick and warm after a bath or beach trip. It features a simple and stylish grey trim.

WASHING & CARE

We always recommend washing your towels before use for several reasons:

Cotton naturally contains a small amount of cotton wax, which must be washed out to allow for full absorbency. There may also be traces of spinning oil from the weaving process that need to be removed.

Terry cloth is made up of loops, which can be quite loose before washing. These will tighten and settle after washing – fully binding after 3–4 washes.

Delivery

Click & Collect in Store

You can collect your online purchases in our store at Store Strandstræde 21 instead of waiting for postal delivery. When you select “Pick up in store” as the delivery option on the checkout page, we will send you an email when your parcel is ready for collection. This way you can shop at your convenience and avoid unnecessary contact with others.

General Delivery Terms

Items in stock are normally shipped within 1–3 business days after the order has been received, unless you are informed otherwise. In such cases, delivery can be expected within 5 business days after the order has been received. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

If your order contains items that are not in stock at the time of ordering, you will be contacted about this.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the courier, provided the email address entered is correct. We reserve the right for possible delays on the part of the shipping company.

Shipping & Delivery in Denmark

Shipping is free for all orders over 500 DKK.

For orders below 500 DKK, shipping costs start from 55 DKK and are calculated based on weight and volume.

Orders with a delivery address in Denmark are shipped with PostNord.

Items in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery within the EU

For orders outside Denmark but within the EU, shipping costs start from 220 DKK and are calculated based on weight and volume.

Items in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery outside the EU (excluding Norway and USA)

For orders outside the EU, shipping costs start from 300 DKK and are calculated based on weight and volume.

Items in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery to Norway and USA

Orders to Norway and the USA are shipped only with DHL. Customs duties and VAT must be paid before the parcel can be delivered.

If customs duties and VAT are not paid or payment is refused, the order will be returned to us and the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

We reserve the right for items that are sold out or discontinued, as well as delayed delivery times from suppliers.

Returns

There are three ways to return an item:

1. Refuse delivery

You may refuse to accept the parcel from the postal service. You must inform the postal service that the parcel should immediately be returned to Geismars Væverier A/S.

For uncollected parcels or refused deliveries, the return shipping cost will still be charged to the customer.

2. Return after receiving the item

You may accept the parcel and return the item to Geismars Væverier A/S within 14 days.

Please include a copy of the receipt or invoice for the purchased goods as documentation that the items were bought from Geismars Væverier A/S. Mark the parcel “Cancellation”.

The amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

Please note that the parcel must be sent directly to the store. If it is sent to a collection point, the parcel will not be picked up.

3. Return in store

You may also return the item in the store within 14 days. In this case, you must bring the receipt/invoice from the online purchase.

If you do not have it, we offer an exchange for another item instead.

Returns due to cancellation are at the buyer’s own expense.

Geismars Væverier A/S recommends returning the item via Post Danmark as a parcel. This allows the parcel to be tracked in the postal system, removing any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Geismars Væverier A/S. It also allows you to request a search for the parcel if delivery has not taken place.

Items returned cash on delivery or without postage will not be accepted by Geismars Væverier A/S.

All products returned to Geismars Væverier A/S must be securely packaged.

Right of Withdrawal

For consumer purchases where goods are ordered by phone or via the internet, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period begins when the item is delivered to the consumer.

If the purchase is cancelled within 14 days, the amount paid will be refunded excluding shipping costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be handed over to Post Danmark or another shipping provider no later than 14 days after receipt.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

If the item is not returned in the same condition, Geismars Væverier A/S will assess the item based on its possible resale value.

The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange the item for another product, please return it as described above under “Returns” and include information about the item you wish to exchange it for.
