EXTRA THICK AND SOFT BATHROBES

Our bathrobes in thick, soft terry are made from 100% long-staple cotton with long, absorbent loops. The terry quality is specially selected for its softness, thickness, and ability to retain warmth – ideal for use after bathing or as a cozy morning robe. The dense weave and long loops give the bathrobe an exclusive and enveloping feel.

The bathrobe is part of our terry collection and matches towels and bath mats in the same colors and quality – for a harmonious and calm atmosphere in the bathroom.

The bathrobes are available in four beautiful colors: White, Khaki, Dusty Blue, and Light Grey.

Our spa bathrobe combines the best of both worlds: an elegant, waffle-woven exterior and a thin terry lining inside for added comfort and absorbency. Its lightweight quality makes it ideal for the spa, summer house, or warmer days when a lighter, quick-drying bathrobe is preferred – without compromising on the sense of wellness.

DETAILS

The bathrobe features a belt in the same terry quality. It retains both shape and softness wash after wash.

We recommend washing the bathrobe before use, as natural residues of cotton wax and possible spinning oil from the weaving process need to be washed out to ensure optimal absorbency and softness.

The terry loops will settle further after the first 2–3 washes.

Delivery

Click & Collect in Store
You can pick up your online order at our store at Store Strandstræde 21, instead of waiting for the post. When you choose 'Collect in Store' as the delivery option at checkout, we will send you an email when your package is ready for pickup. This way, you can shop at your own pace and avoid unnecessary contact with others. You are always welcome to call us at +45 33 33 08 30 if you have any questions.

General Delivery Terms
Shipping of in-stock items usually occurs within 1-3 business days after receiving your order, unless you are notified otherwise. In such cases, delivery can be expected within 5 business days after order receipt. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Items that are not in stock at the time of ordering are expected to be delivered within 15 business days, and you will be contacted if this is the case.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from the courier, provided the email address you entered is correct. Please note that any delays caused by the shipping company are beyond our control.

Shipping & Delivery in Denmark
Free shipping on all orders over 500 DKK.
For orders under 500 DKK, shipping starts at 55 DKK and is calculated based on weight and volume.
Orders with a delivery address in Denmark are shipped via PostNord.
Shipping of in-stock items occurs within 1-3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery within the EU
For orders outside Denmark but within the EU, shipping starts at 220 DKK and is calculated based on weight and volume.
Shipping of in-stock items occurs within 1-3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery outside the EU
For orders outside the EU, shipping starts at 300 DKK and is calculated based on weight and volume.
Shipping of in-stock items occurs within 1-3 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to out-of-stock items or supplier-related shipping delays.

Returns

There are three ways to return a product:

1. You can refuse to accept the item from the postal service. Please inform the postal service to return the item immediately to Geismars Væverier A/S.

2. You can receive the item from the postal service and later return it to Geismars Væverier A/S within 14 days.

   In this case, please include a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase to confirm the items were bought from Geismars Væverier A/S. Label the package with “Right of Withdrawal.” The amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

   Please note that the return package should be sent to the store. If sent to a pickup point, the package will not be collected.

3. You can return the item to the store within 14 days. In this case, you must bring the receipt/invoice from the online purchase. If you do not have this, we will offer to exchange the item for something else.

Returns due to withdrawal are at the buyer's expense. Geismars Væverier A/S recommends returning the item via Post Danmark as a parcel. This allows for package tracking in the Post Danmark system, ensuring no uncertainty about whether the item has been delivered to Geismars Væverier A/S. Additionally, you can trace the package if it is not delivered.

Items returned via COD or without postage will not be accepted by Geismars Væverier A/S.

All products returned to Geismars Væverier A/S must be securely packaged.

Right of Withdrawal

For consumer purchases made via telephone or online, the consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal begins from the moment the item is transferred to the consumer. If the purchase is canceled within 14 days, the amount paid will be refunded, excluding shipping.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be delivered to Post Danmark or another courier within 14 days of receipt.

The condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the item is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered.

If the item is not returned in the same condition, Geismars Væverier A/S will assess the value of the returned item.

The cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for another, please return it as described above under 'Return' and include information about the item you wish to exchange it for.
