Security

Geismars has chosen ScanNet as provider for secure credit card transactions. Below you will find further information about the security and safety of our shopping system. All online shops have a separate business agreement with NETS for Internet credit card transaction. NETS has approved all businesses accepting credit card payments through DanDomain's payment module. NETS guarantees there by that the business exists.

DanDomain's PSIS Gateway Server is certified by NETS. The system uses a 40 bit encryption key delivered by VeriSign™ that ensures the connection from the web hotel to the PSIP Gateway at DanDomain and further on to NETS. This ensures the cardholder's data is protected in the best possible way.

Hvad er risikoen?

Please remember that, in a legal sense, only your PIN-code or your signature is binding for a credit card purchase. Therefore it is of great importance that you never type your credit card PIN-code on the Internet. You can always have a purchase annulled, should anyone come in possession of your credit card number and expiring date and use them for a purchase where no PIN-code or signature has been used for verification. This is of course also the case for any credit card purchase made online.
